Trek/VW Sweep the Podium:

The large field of racers and spectators enjoyed the sunshine and 80 degree temperatures this weekend, as well as an action packed race course at Poor Farm Park, just north of Richmond.
Trek/VW East Coast Factory Team riders took the top 3 spots in the men’s pro race.
After an hour of working together to pull clear of the competition, teammates David Duvall, Jerimiah Bishop, and myself, stepped up the pace to decide final standings. Yes, you read that correctly, Jerimiah Bishop has joined us as a member of the Trek/VW East Coast team, making our lineup even more formidable.
On this day, I pipped Jerimiah in a sprint finish, with David coming in for a comfortable 3rd place two minutes back.
Trek/VW racers will be heading back to the Dominion State this Sunday for Steve
Nevins’ Tidewater Challenge in Williamsburg.
