Did you do anything special to prepare for this race?

Just a little bit of training here and there. Mainly on the weekends.

In the last two months how many hours a week have you trained?

8 hours.

Were you strong from start to finish?

Yes. Actually I felt my best on the last lap.

When did you put the hammer down?

In the beginning and the end. In the middle I was just hanging in there.

Did you have any unusual problems with the race?

No not at all. However, I was breathing real heavy and couldn't get my rhythm until the last lap.

How do you rate the course?

Excellent. Dave always does a good job I think. I'm looking forward to the next one. I love Jacksonville. The tighter the better.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yeah, NORBA is just outstanding. I haven't been out of state too much so I don't know, but don't see how they could do much better. NORBA is really good.

What was your prize for first place?

A tool kit from UBC (University Bike Center), hat, shirt, water bottle and a gift certificate for sandals compliments of GoneRiding.

If you could do the race again, would you do anything differently?

No, not at all.

Is there anything you would like to add?

No.
