How was your fitness level going into this race?
I was little tired from Michaux but otherwise felt pretty good.
Were
you happy with your position going into the singletrack?
Yes, I was second and then the guy in front of me crashed so I put the
hammer down a little.
Were you strong from start to finish?
No I was hurting a little after the first big climb but I recovered and
felt pretty good the rest of the time.
When did you put the hammer
down?
On the first lap heading up to the tower.
Did you have any unusual
problems?
No
Were you happy with the way the race was run?
Yes we put on a great event.
Did you have any interesting experiences
during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?
The spectators were great. Every time I was feeling a little sluggish I would
here somebody say good job or way to go, then I felt instantly better.
Anything
you would like to add?
Thanks to the DuPonts and Bill you rock.
