How was your fitness level going into this race?

I thought I would feel good today because I was feeling very strong a Michaux the week before but that was not the case!

Were you happy with your position going into the singletrack?

Yes, I was happy that there was not a big climb at the beginning also.

Were you strong from start to finish?

NO, I really did not feel strong at all today.

When did you put the hammer down?

Never, there was no hammer to put down.

Did you have any unusual problems?

No mechanical problems but I was not feeling well at all so I was a mess technically.

Were you happy with the way the race was run?

Yes.

Did you have any interesting experiences during your race (exchanges with competitors/spectators)?

No not really.

I want to thank my family (Brian, Jeffrey and Megan) for their tireless support and for putting up with long days of racing. I also want to thank my team, we really are a team.
